The foundation started around 2003 after my housemanship, NYSC and my posting to start as a medical officer with the Taraba State Government. Any time I visit the village, people gather with their Medical complains and I attend to them by prescribing drugs for them to go and buy. I discovered that they don’t actually buy those drugs due to lack of money.

We contribute money from our salaries and with support from friends to finance the yearly activities initially (We cant forget contributions we got from MD Kanawa, Barr Bacson Kanawa, Brig Bayidi who Late Engr Bitrus Bade was able to mobilize resources from. After the death of Engr Bitrus Bade, we decided to include Pharmacist Pinkai Alosius to replace him and also include Mrs Doris Obed. With the following aims and objectives --
1.To render free medical outreach to the needy and less privileged.
2.To build, maintain and run Hospitals and offer support to health related institutions and to assist in paying part or whole any medical bill for complicated cases particularly of the poor.
3.To organize free medical seminar and workshops on skills acquisition classes for youth, widows, orphans and less privileged.
4.To empower communities to access quality health care services, economic development, opportunities and make contribution to the benefits of the society.
5.To rehabilitate and offer assistance towards maintenance of unity graveyards and to offer support to widows and disabled in the society.
6.To maintain and enhance links with national, international and multinational organizations and bodies in order to promote all or any of the foundation.
7.To collaborate with government for beneficial programs etc.
